How can I check on my order?

What are your shipping charges?

We are currently offering free shipping to orders over $50. Shipping costs are calculated in real-time via USPS. We offer first class mail, priority and express options.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days via USPS. Orders received over the weekend or outside traditional business hours will be processed the next business day. Once we ship your order, we will email you with information. All order should arrive within 3-5 days from the shipping date.

Do you collect sales tax?

As a business located in the State of California, we are required to collect sales tax on any order shipped to a California address. If your "ship to" address is outside of California, you will not be charged sales tax.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card though a secure payment system offered via Payleap/Interspire. As an alternative we offer payment though PayPal.

Is my credit card number and information secure?

All credit card and financial transactions that occur at the axparisusa.com website are completely secure. We use Payleap/Interspire, a leading credit card processor, that use the latest encryption technologies and meet all requirements for PCI compliance. You can visit their website at www.payleap.com. PayPal is also offered as an alternative payment system.

Do I need to set up an account to order online?

You will need to set up an account with AX Paris USA in order to shop at our site. To create an account or to log in to your existing account, click here.

When will my backorder arrive?

We will notify you if an item you ordered is not currently in stock. At that time, we will be able to give you an estimated shipping date. We will not charge you a separate shipping fee for any backordered items.

 What is you return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and in their original packaging with all tags (once the tag has been removed, the item cannot be returned) attached within 30 days of the shipping date. We will then issue a full refund minus the shipping cost.  Returns are your responsibility we do not offer a pre-paid returns service so we recommend you send back items via delivery confirmation.

Do you offer exchanges?

We will happily exchange your item for another size of even a totally different item of equal or lesser value and ship your exchange to you for free. Simply send it back with the receipt, all tags attached, unworn, and write on your receipt the items, color and size that you would like instead. After an item has been exchanged once it cannot be exchanged or returned again. We recommend you check the site to make sure your request is available. If we do not have your item in stock we will issue a refund. Send exchange to the same return address above.
